Terms and Conditions

Payment

  • Payments are managed through medical insurance. If paying by cash or with a debit or credit card, payment must be made through PayPal immediately after the therapy session.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the appointment; otherwise, there will be a penalty of $30.00, which must be paid in cash or with a debit or credit card through PayPal. The $30.00 will be paid to the therapist for the time reserved for the appointment.

Attendance

  • If the client does not arrive on time for their appointment, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Please remember that we have other clients booked. Punctuality is very important.

Therapist's Responsibility

  • The therapist is not responsible for the client's decisions or actions, such as the decision to continue or suspend the process.

Communication

  • The therapist must express themselves clearly, coherently, and concisely, avoiding qualifiers, value judgments, or overly complex words.
  • Psychotherapy is an approach to treating mental health issues through conversation with a psychologist, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional.
